Smita is one of the most conscientious and amicable people I have worked with. Astute intellect, excellent writing skills and the ability to present any text in a convincing manner are few among the myriad strengths that Smita possesses. She is a great listener and a meticulous worker who never missed a deadline and always turned in superior work. I had the privilege of working with Smita Kale during 2011 when she was assigned to edit my applications to the MBA programs for the universities based in the US. Applying to a business school is an enriching experience as it helps you evaluate your capabilities and gives you a fair idea of your position in an extremely tough and competitive world of academia. It gives you an opportunity to take stock of your achievements and how they can be aligned towards achieving your professional objectives.
